1 Intake
Only de-identified material is accepted. It is re-checked on receipt, and any identifiable information is handled before work starts.
2 Use
Material is used for this engagement only. It is not used to train AI models.
3 Deletion
Source material is deleted within 30 days of delivery. Screening questionnaires within 90 days.
4 Quotation
Anonymous quotation requires written consent case by case. No selection means no consent.
5 Tools
When AI tools assist the analysis, this is disclosed and agreed in advance.

An NDA can be signed first when needed, at no extra charge.

Website
This website itself
Hosting and delivery
This site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses, request logs and bot detection signals, and injects performance and bot detection scripts at the edge. Those scripts are not in this site's source.
Traffic measurement
Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does no cross site tracking.
No advertising or tracking
No advertising cookies, no third party analytics beyond the host, no third party embeds. This site sets no cookies at all.
Screening form
The collaboration screening form is hosted by Tally, on servers in the EU. Following the form link leaves this site, and the name, email and free text you enter there are received by Tally. This site itself sends nothing to Tally.
